Curious About How Our WordPress Maintenance Works?

At WPPersona, we like to make transparent process. If we built the site, it’s as simple as choosing the WordPress maintenance plan. But otherwise, we need to your co-operation to get to work.

01. Set Up Process

To get our in-house team to speed, we need to intrigant analyze your site and set-up a development environment. We do it in as little as 4 – 6 hours depending on the complexity of your site. We can either charge this as a one-time set up fee or adjust it along with your maintenance plan and reduce the overall number of hours.

02. Up-Front Payment

All our maintenance plans starts only after the payment is made for the initial set-up process. Then for the monthly plans, we request the payments to be made at the beginning of every month or quarter as we designate resources based on the paid invoices.

03. Transfer Billed Hours

If you haven’t exhausted all your hours, then you get the option to transfer the hours to the next month. Totally, 60 hours of work can be transfered at any given time. Similarly, the hours are not refunded in case the contract is terminated.

04. Extra Hours

If you require any technical assistance after exhausting your maintenance hour, then you need to raise a separate invoice. We charge 40$/hour for normal requests and for services that needs us in less than 48 hours, we charge 60$/hour.

05. Shared Hosting

It’s affordable and easy to manage but could prove to be limited during maintenance process. As an alternative, we suggest VPS- driven and cloud based services that lets us access ssh access. With these tools, we can perform better and faster.
